At first glance, the path outlined by the 8 angas of Patanjali yoga seems to be linear: from yama to niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, and then move on to the higher angas, dharana, dhyana and samadhi. In reality, the angas are related to each other like a Moebius strip, a geometric figure symbol of infinity: in this vision, the subsequent angas are not only understood starting from the study of the previous ones, but in turn guide their experience. The asanas found pranayama, however pranayama through the retention of the breath is the energetic meeting point to understand and found the asanas. The workshop program includes a week of practicing asana, pranayama and meditation in the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga. The workshop is open to practitioners of all levels. Those who start will be followed with a specific program in guided classes for beginners. The workshop is particularly suitable for those who already teach Ashtanga Yoga and want to deepen the didactic aspects of the asanas and the safe adjustments starting from the understanding of the dynamics of the breath. Graduated in Philosophy in 2003, he approaches the practice of Iyengar Yoga in 1998 with Maria Paola Grilli who transmits his passion for research in yoga. He periodically studied in Blacons (France) with Sricharan Faeq Biria and in 2005 he graduated as a teacher in the Iyengar method. Since 2007 he studies with Dona Holleman who ferries him from analytical learning of asanas to synthetic learning in vinyasa, and in 2010 he graduates with her Centered Yoga teacher. He has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2007 studying with Kristina Karitinos-Ireland, Lino Miele and Manju Jois who authorizes him to teach Ashtanga Yoga in 2012. Since 2012 he begins the course of study in Mysore (India) with Sri R. Sharath Jois who in 2015 gives him the official authorization to teach Ashtanga Yoga according to the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Together with Stefania Valbusa, she conducts cycles of in-depth seminars to transmit the universal principles of the practice and teaching of traditional Ashtanga Yoga in shala Yoga Sutra Studio – Ashtanga Yoga Turin.
