Back to the roots

Mind, body and soul will resound together again. You will return to know yourself, you will come back to connect with the depth of your roots.

Back to the earth. Re-connection with our roots.

Suspended between the end of summer and the beginning of a new cycle you will find a new connection with your roots, you will return to the earth, you will return to yourself.
A retreat in a magical place, a farm in the heart of Salento between the Mediterranean, the earth and the sky. A week to rediscover the essential nature of the earth and its support through Yoga practices, meditation, experiences, fun and relaxation. A week to take care of yourself and find the union between mind, body and soul with movement, a healthy diet and a conscious lifestyle.
A unique opportunity to re-know you and re-find you and to better face a new season, regenerating with the sun and the sea of the south.

Alice Soncina – BIO:

THE BODY IS MY TEMPLE, THE SPIRIT IS MY RELIGION. THE HEART IS THE WAY.

I love dancing and following what the body suggests, I’m a free spirit. To me, movement is dance of the soul, and yoga is part of it, as well as running, walking, adventuring, breathing .. I like to live in touch with nature and explore the world, even the inner one. I’m a graphic designer, I love art, music and travel and I’ve always been addicted to sport. For this reason, I love to try the most disparate disciplines, but the ones that are closer to my heart are surfing, SUP, trekking and yoga. I become a tutor of holistic training and I keep yoga in my personal practice, feeling that every time I get to the mat I feel at home. Then I discovered Hari-om and took part to their teacher training. In this journey, I found freedom, lightness and a path to authenticity. I like to think that I carry all this in myself when I practice and convey this authenticity to people who are with me. Hari-om certified teacher with specializations in yin yoga and yoga and therapy, I pair the never-ending exploration of my body to integrated counselling.

Mauro Migliorati – BIO:

THE ONLY RULE OF TRAVELLING IS: DON’T COME BACK THE WAY YOU WENT. COME BACK CHANGED.

If travelling opens one’s mind, sport can change the world. Mix the two together and the result could change your life forever. Wanderluster since birth, with a unstoppable desire to travel and wander around even in my own hometown, I long for knowledge, sharing and mixing with the world around me. Adventure and outdoor sports and activities have distinctive qualities that I simply cannot resist. I am a runner, sometimes a cyclist and as soon as I can , I jump in the sea for SUP and surf. I first encountered yoga while searching for something that I could do alongside my usual sport practice to help me focus and find a balance between mind and body. At first, I would practice yoga on and off, until a few years ago, where something inside me clicked and I realized that deepening my yoga practice was the key to open new, endless possibilities. I tried different styles until I found my perfect practice in Vinyasa and Hari-Om method, loving it to the point that I decided to certify as Hari-Om/Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher, which is something that allows me to continuously experiencing first hand, the countless benefits deriving from yoga and include them in my practice and in my teaching. The combination of those elements as well as attending the SWT camp and my professional skills have encouraged me to organize SWT Travels, with the help of Marco Mandrino and with the aim to allow other travellers to experience the same involvement and intensity required to step out from our own comfort zone.
