Description of the retreat
It is an intensive process of about 50 hours of intensive work in the room, aimed at participants of all nationalities. It consists of a small theoretical part and a lot of physical work and interaction. It is done in Italian, Spanish and English.
The retreat “La Locura La Cura” aims to identify, transmute and overcome internal blocks to reach a new personal and interpersonal consciousness in the continuous authentic and increasingly harmonious creation of their world. A way of life based on the pure and genuine expression of his divine spark, unique in every human being and that takes into account the continuous mystery that crosses dimensions.
“Nakedness” is the key word on which we will travel, a nakedness that means gradually undressing from conditioning, fears, attachments, from domination over others, putting balm on wounds and dissolving psychic blocks, to nourish a certain continuous thrust towards its core as an incomparable treasure of wealth “of heart” in this earthly plane.
In the retreat they use different techniques of theatrical art combined with shamanic practices, energetic cleansing, meditation and physical contact, in order to deconstruct and recompose on other parameters of the subconscious. It will be considered one of the oldest and most important spiritual manuals in human history “I Ching” of which De Giorgi is a consultant and dated expert.

Federico De Giorgi, has been trained since his adolescence with several professionals of national and international level in the theatrical field bringing on stage as an actor avant-garde theater works and story-telling to direct from director shows on stage in several stages in Italy. He participated by conducting training courses in university places, schools of different degrees, rehabilitation centers from drug addiction, mental health centers, social integration paths and direction of different courses of training attorale.
In 2013 he left the theater because inspired by the new creation of the festival on human well-being and planetary Cosmic Vegan Fest which he organizes with 14 successful editions, has become one of the major national and European reference points of the holistic and wellness sector and which stops in several Italian cities as well as in Lecce where it is its main point, and where professionals intervene every year, doctors, shamans and artists internationally prestigious (Among the most famous names are Eugenio Bennato, Adan Jodorowsky, Antonella Ruggiero, Cristobal Jodorowsky, Daniela Poggi, Mose, Thea Crudi, Lucia Cuffaro, Massimo Wertmuller, Dott.
