Our experienced and certified teachers will give you all the tools you need to become a successful Ashtanga Yoga teacher.

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING

You will gain a deep understanding of pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and the fundamentals of Sanskrit and Ayurveda. This course aims to explore in depth the journey toward yoga’s personal and transformative investigation of yoga.

Our commitment is to train people so that they come out well formed. We will pay close attention to alignment and anatomical structures to deepen practice and learn how to teach others safely.

 

The training will also have a part devoted to exercises in real classrooms to learn how to attend our school. Be Mysore-style as guided.

We will pay close attention to the principles, technical aspects and structural components of an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THIS COURSE

  1. Ability to lead a Sanskrit class ( the entire first series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga).
  2. Be able to manage a Mysore class by making effective and safe modifications.
  3. Functional anatomy and biodynamics to improve personal practice and that of one’s students.
  4. Pranayama: gaining daily discipline and the ability to lead a class.
  5. Philosophy: history and understanding of Hindu thought and fundamental yogic concepts.
  6. Sanskrit: basics and pronunciation.
  7. Meditation: implementation of one’s daily routine.
  8. Team building deep and lasting bonds with like-minded people.
  9. Receiving inspiration, support and respect.

WHO IS THE COURSE FOR
YOGA INSTRUCTOR?

To all teachers or practitioners of any style of yoga.

       Your level does not matter, but your commitment and desire to receive relevant and applicable information does.

1 Handbook of more than 180 page

What the course does not include

Extra literature and course materials needed for the course (which will cost about €150)

Requirements for admission.

More than 1 year of regular ashtanga practice. (minimum up to Marychiasana A)

Or more than 2 years of regular practice of another style of yoga

He has been practicing daily since 2001. In 2011 Santiago founded the Ashtanga Sarria Yoga school in Barcelona, where he teaches classes daily. To his credit he has more than 4,000 hours of teaching. He obtained a 200-hour title with Brian Cooper and a 200-hour RYT title with John Scott, also working for him as an assistant in various international workshops.

Francesca Maniglio is the founder and president of the YIS (Yoga in Salento) association. Attended by yogis from all over the world. She has been practicing for over 20 years and teaching for 15 with humility and passion what she has learned about herself and from the many masters with whom she has had the privilege of training.

Alvise was born in the heart of Venice. He studied intercultural dynamics (Master MIM), social policy (Master Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona) and a PhD in political anthropology, questioning the reasons for ethnic conflict and possible ways to resolve it. Alvise Vianello is a yoga practitioner, teacher and trainer.

Diego Manzi is a writer and lecturer in Indian philosophy and Sanskrit language. Diego regularly teaches basic and advanced courses in Sanskrit language and Indian philosophy. Diego is invested with the position of Scientific Director of the Department of Sanskrit and Indian Philosophies Vidyālaya of the CSNC GrecoLatinoVivo. His books include “Sparks of Eternal Order. Journey to the Heart of Indian Tradition,” Armando Curcio editors, 2016; “Enchantment. The Deities of India.”, Le Lettere, 2019; and “ko’ham. India’s brightest philosophies,” Le Lettere 2021.

Gabriele Musetti was born in La Spezia, Italy. He has always been passionate about the art of body movement, physical culture, and since 2013 he began his path of study and research in the field of motor activities. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and concluded his academic journey with his thesis “Yoga of Functional Anatomy.
