COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING



You will gain a deep understanding of pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and the fundamentals of Sanskrit and Ayurveda. This course aims to explore in depth the journey toward yoga’s personal and transformative investigation of yoga.



Our commitment is to train people so that they come out well formed. We will pay close attention to alignment and anatomical structures to deepen practice and learn how to teach others safely.



The training will also have a part devoted to exercises in real classrooms to learn how to attend our school. Be Mysore-style as guided.



We will pay close attention to the principles, technical aspects and structural components of an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class.



MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THIS COURSE
- Ability to lead a Sanskrit class ( the entire first series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga).
- Be able to manage a Mysore class by making effective and safe modifications.
- Functional anatomy and biodynamics to improve personal practice and that of one’s students.
- Pranayama: gaining daily discipline and the ability to lead a class.
- Philosophy: history and understanding of Hindu thought and fundamental yogic concepts.
- Sanskrit: basics and pronunciation.
- Meditation: implementation of one’s daily routine.
- Team building deep and lasting bonds with like-minded people.
- Receiving inspiration, support and respect.

More than 1 year of regular ashtanga practice. (minimum up to Janu Sirsasana A)
Or more than 2 years of regular practice of another style of yoga

He has been practicing daily since 2001. In 2011 Santiago founded the Ashtanga Sarria Yoga school in Barcelona, where he teaches classes daily. To his credit he has more than 4,000 hours of teaching. He obtained a 200-hour title with Brian Cooper and a 200-hour RYT title with John Scott, also working for him as an assistant in various international workshops.

Fabrizio Boldrini, born in 1960, teaches yoga as a profession and has been a trainer of yoga therapists and teachers of yoga, martial arts and physical activities since 1978. His classes are precise, technical, physical, but also joyful and serene and lead straight to the heart of yoga practice: uniting body, mind, spirit, and breath to live one’s life fully and joyfully.

Diego Manzi is a writer and lecturer in Indian philosophy and Sanskrit language. Diego regularly teaches basic and advanced courses in Sanskrit language and Indian philosophy. Diego is invested with the position of Scientific Director of the Department of Sanskrit and Indian Philosophies Vidyālaya of the CSNC GrecoLatinoVivo. His books include “Sparks of Eternal Order. Journey to the Heart of Indian Tradition,” Armando Curcio editors, 2016; “Enchantment. The Deities of India.”, Le Lettere, 2019; and “ko’ham. India’s brightest philosophies,” Le Lettere 2021.

Erica began practicing ashtanga yoga in the YIS school, but after a few years of regular practice a desire arose within her to deepen her knowledge of the yoga discipline. She began to work alongside her teachers in their classes and simultaneously undertook training courses exploring different yogic disciplines with curiosity.
