YOGA THERAPY – TEACHER TRAINING

It combines the essence of traditional yoga and Ayurveda with the discoveries and achievements of modern medicine. It has been used in practice for several decades around the world and attended by hundreds of people. In Italy the teacher of reference is Fabrizio Boldrini.

The program is aimed specifically at yoga teachers and holistic professionals, doctors and healthcare professionals and is based on a function-oriented treatment approach. How can our training support your growth as a teacher and practitioner?

The objectives:

  • With the new knowledge gained, you can integrate yoga holistically into everyday life and create a specific yoga practice for you and your students.
  • You can increase physical, mental and spiritual strength and restore a natural balance, in a way that is sensitive to individual needs
  • You can make yoga accessible to all people regardless of age, health condition or cultural background
  • You can develop a clear and precise picture of how one can teach and practice to care for the health and well-being of people in group and individual classes.
