Yoga In Salento - ritiri yoga, corsi di yoga Lecce
After more than 20 years working as an industrial designer for furniture companies and in my own design studio, and after having created my family with 3 children, I let myself be seduced by the feeling of peace and balance that Yoga brings me. I decided to embark on my journey into the immense world of yoga to discover the best version of myself and to be able to offer it to the people around me.
After 6 years of training in different schools and styles of Yoga, discovering and merging the best of each one, I decided to found my own Yoga centre in Valencia (Spain) Estudioflow where I teach Yoga classes to small groups of up to 5 students and private classes. During my training as a Yoga teacher I discovered the healing power of Ayurveda, so in recent years I have been deepening my knowledge in order to offer a more comprehensive and complete vision based on the search for our own balance and wellbeing. Yoga and Ayurveda together give us a powerful tool for health and life. I organise events in beautiful places where we can escape from the hectic life we lead and find the balance we all need to reconnect with ourselves and the environment around us. To feel part of nature again is the key to wellbeing and inner peace. I love my work, I love teaching, learning more and creating sequences where the body creates its own practice, awakens its senses and connects with its being, inquiring, experimenting and re-knowing itself in order to let go of blockages and grow free. A style born from the enquiry and learning of the different types of Yoga. Natural Yoga looking for the intuitive movement of the body, flowing body and breath, the energy finds its place and allows itself to be rocked by the softness of the sea, the freedom of the wind, the power of the earth and the energy of fire.
Ayurveda Therapist and Ayurveda Trainer
In 1994 she entered the world of work with a postgraduate degree in Paris la Sorbonne. She worked for several years in Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro. In India, her encounter with Ayurveda had an impact on her personal and professional life. In 2002 she trained in Ayurvedic therapies in Spain and Kerala (South India), where she deepened the teachings of Ayurveda with Dr. Subash on Vypeen island and The Arya Vaidya Chikitsalayam.
These were also her first steps in yoga (Sivananda School in Kochi). In 2006 she opened her Ayurveda practice in Valencia and continued her training in Pune and started her collaboration with the Ayurvedic doctors Dr. Salil and Dr Neha Joglekar with whom she has been organizing courses and consultations in Spain every year since then. She trained in therapeutic yoga with the Pranamanas Yoga School. During these years she passionately dedicated herself to the study and practice of treatment, relaxation and therapeutic yoga techniques while perfecting her knowledge through multiple trips to India, especially to Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
Guilu organizes health trips called “Panchakarma” and training courses in an Ayurvedic clinic in northern Kerala every year. She teaches Ayurveda massage training and Ayurveda theory classes for teacher training courses. Currently he is giving workshops, consultations and treatment in Spain, France and in Portugal.
“I am moved by how this ancient medicine allows us to transform every existence from the physical to the deepest spiritual level of each being with extraordinary vitality and creativity. Ayurveda and Yoga accompany me every day of my life. Beyond the intellectual learning I received, it is through experimentation that these two disciplines have become pillars of my physical and mental balance.”
