Patrick Frapeau

Patrick Frapeau is an authorized teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga (level 2) and the founder of “Mysore practice in Paris.”
Over the course of several trips to India and many years of studying at KPJAYI in Mysore (south India), he received the authorization (and blessing) of Sharat Jois to teach. He was also encouraged to create a Mysore programme in Paris; Thus was born Mysore practice in Paris.

In his classes, Patrick transmits his love for Ashtanga yoga with humour and precision. His teachings — be they in his classes, during retreats or in training — are rich in the anatomical and organic approach to the body that is particularly precious and is derived from the tradition and its evolution that he received in Mysore.

An incredible storyteller and scholar, passionate about Indian mythology, Patrick also practices the art of Thai massage and reflexology. His knowledge of the ancient texts coupled with the mastery of these bodily techniques fuel his teaching of yoga.
