One of the many meanings of yoga is to move from one point to another that was previously impossible to reach. To achieve this we must have the need to improve ourselves. When we set out to begin the practice of yoga this need starts from our ‘self.’
But on our way if we practice assiduously, with great attention observing our actions and doing everything to the best of our ability, we will discover different points of view that may reveal our true potential .

Description of the retreat
Three fields of human study are necessary to approach the state of yoga:

We cannot understand yoga unless we devote ourselves to all these aspects.
