A yoga teacher and naturopath, she is co-founder with Miro Foresta
of the yoga and meditation center Anahata Spazio Yoga. She was introduced to yoga in 1987 through the teachings of Richard Hittlemann. She uses her skills from more than 20 years of practice to help people open to their inner self through body and breath awareness.
He teaches yoga as a way of life that leads to mental and physical transformation, working
at the deepest levels of being.
A purist, he draws on techniques handed down from the ancient masters to make yoga accessible to all.
Co-founder with Morena of Anahata Spazio Yoga, where he currently teaches. Began practicing yoga in his teens.
Travels extensively in India, deepening the practice of meditation. Many decisive encounters and experiences. The practice becomes the foundation of his life.
In India, he meets his main teacher, who is part of the ‘ancient lineage of Sri Pada Sri Vallabha, and as a result of that meeting, he begins to teach in a structured way a yoga
oriented toward the development of the human being, starting with the liberation of energy blocks that impede self-expansion. The practice he promotes is based on asana, pranayama, meditation and connection to the Higher Self.
