RADICAL SELF LOVE RETREAT

Is it time for you to bask in the light of your own perfect rainbow? Are you ready to love yourself truly, madly and deeply ad transform your life from the inside out?

Then join yoga and meditation teacher Michelle Taffe this September at the beautiful Yoga in Salento Agriturismo for a week of Radical Self Love!

Yoga in Salento is the perfect place to practice self love – it is a dedicated yoga retreat space and also has its own vegetable garden and fruit orchard. There is a stunning pool where you can relax in between classes. Optional extras nearby include beach excursions, nature walks, artistic excursions, trekking, bicycle tours and horseback riding and sailing. and trips to the beautiful white town of Lecce.

Over these 6 days and 6 nights we will be dedicated to reconnecting with ourselves, and learning to love and care for ourselves in brand new ways.

We will be practicing yoga, meditation and connecting deeply with the breath each day. Each day there will be a Self Love workshop session on a new topic, with each session building on the session of the day before.

We will use Ayurvedic teachings and understandings of the human mind body system for creating vibrant health, introspection and journalling practices for self-exploration and self-discovery and there will be optional Reiki and Massage treatments on offer as well.

MICHELLE TAFFE – BIO:

Michelle is a yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for supporting people in becoming their ‘greatest version’. With a dedicated daily yoga (Ashtanga) and meditation (Vipassana) practice, she shares these twin grounding practices as solid foundations for a self loving life.

Having experienced an awakening during her first Vipassana retreat, aged 29, she realised that she wanted to help other people become free from the limitations of the mind so that they could really enjoy life without the suffering that is the normal state of an ego identified existence.
