Yoga Retreat with Alice and Minnar
In this retreat, we will celebrate life and happiness together! There will be daily yoga sessions, extra activities by the swimming pool, acroyoga classes, talks around important topics in life such as nutrition, visits to the best beaches of Salento, delicious Italian vegetarian food freshly prepared for us, and tours around the historical, vibrant city of Lecce.
During our time together we will practice twice a day, along with meditation and pranayama sessions, acro yoga fun, as well as workshops on inversions and other intermediate poses that will help to understand our practice and improve the technique.
This retreat is aimed at all levels including beginners, but I would recommend that if you’re a beginner, you start up some regular yoga classes between now and the retreat starting. There will be many laughs and smiles and we’ll create incredible memories together!
