Dancer, Painter, Yoga Pilates teacher, Yoga Nidra, Meditation. YOGA teacher of RISATA.

It’s a fun, cathartic and relaxing retreat.

You learn to laugh as a form of exercise, using movements that produce spontaneous laughter (YOGA DELLA RISATA) along with YOGA breathing exercises. LAUGHING and BREATHING is a simple way to reduce stress tensions and blocked emotions, together with DANCE and CANTO, it produces an increase in oxygen reserves in the body and in the brain making us feel more energetic and healthy. The practice is enhanced with techniques of RELAXATION and YOGA NIDRA, and MEDITATION to increase both physiological and psychological benefits, thus causing positive changes in the body, mind, and emotions.

SATURDAY 19th – 20th JANUARY
FROM 9.30 TO 12.30 PM LUNCH FROM 15.30 TO 18.30

There is a need for blanket mat and stereo and musical instruments (castanets, bottle spoons, maracas, shell necklace, tambourines, etc.) comfortable clothes and socks (you work without shoes).

Cushions provided for those who can not sit on the floor, or you can use a chair.

I want to tell you that my style is a little different from the classical laughter yoga. Only adults participate, no children.
