AIYB promoter for many years of the practice of yoga among children and young people in both schools and families, this year offers a yoga holiday, which can give the opportunity, even for the youngest, to participate in a yoga retreat.

The program of the week includes the practice of outdoor yoga, long walks, the construction of mandalas with the elements of nature. The Giocayoga method works with children from 3 months up to adolescence and follows the teachings of Patanjali’s traditional yoga, applied to infancy and to the most modern pedagogical currents. In this experience the participants will be able to practice both yoga and a series of outdoor sports activities, specially designed for children.
