RITIRO DI BHAKTI, VINYASA E YIN YOGA con Prema Mayi, Marco Migliavacca e Giovanna De Paulis
JULY 29 – AUGUST 5

Among the many she likes to remember for ashtanga yoga there are Lino Miele and David Swenson, Sri Dharma Mittra, Leslie Kaminoff, Donna Farhi who introduced her to the study of the restorative, biomechanics and somatic movement, Daniel Odier and Ateeka for the initiation in the Tantra, Bo Forbes who with his simplicity made her discover the use of the breath as the main source of the organic movement in the body, Matthew Stanford who lovingly revealed as we need to separate us from what makes noise around us to capture the true essence of our existence. She also follows the formation of Biff Mithoefer Yin Yoga that is the door to strengthen the intention yin and yang enclosed in every practice and in every aspect of our existence. Last but not least her training with Anodea Judith “Mrs. Chakra” which led her lightly through the wonderful world of our living wheels.
