The session of Hatha and Raja Yoga in the morning of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) will make the body and the mind more awake and energetic, increasing a deeper breathing and influencing positively mood and mental focus.
The afternoon session will include the practice of asanas that will work on a greater elongation of the muscle chains, inducing an immediate release of tension and stiffness. The techniques of pranayama and dharana (mental concentration) will induce calm and inner silence through greater mindfulness.
Finally, the practice of Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) will allow to experience deep physical, emotional and mental relaxation that allow you to recover energy and revitalize your body and mind.

ILARIA PERNI – BIO:
Ilaria begins to to practice yoga very young. She follows an initial training at the Yoga Center “Joytinat” in Genoa with Swami Joythimayananda Tamil (South India) and then she graduated at the italian school ”Scuola di Yoga Satyananda Ashram”. She deepens the studies of Indian tradition at the “Ashram Gitananda” Altare (Sv), head ofiice of the Italian Hindu Union.
Along with the practice of Yoga she starts the study of Ayurveda, the Traditional Ayurvedic Massage and Panchakarma, graduating Ayurveda Operator, prior to Joytinat and then at’ “Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine” in Florence under the guidance of Dr. Bhagwan Dash and Dr. Kashyap Lalitesh New Dheli.
She continuously deepens her studies at the Benares Hindi Hospital, Varanasi (India). She achieves the physiotherapist diploma, integrating in her training a Western approach.
She has been teaching Yoga since 1996 and she has been practicing Ayurvedic Massage since 1998. She has been managing Kashi Kriya Yoga Centre since 2007. Since 2009 she is in charge of the management in Spa Boutique Hotels and Resorts and she is professional trainer for yoga teachers and massage therapists.
The greatest blessing was meeting her Guru, Prakash Shankar Vyas (Guruji), Master of Kriya Yoga and making so her spiritual journey under his leadership
